About the Role

CEM Studios is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Intern to join our team. This internship is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop practical experience in sales, client handling, lead generation, and business development while working in a creative and digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential clients and introduce CEM Studios’ services.
• Follow up with leads and support the process of converting prospects into clients.
• Understand client needs and assist in recommending suitable services.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Assist the sales team in handling client questions and objections.
• Support the team in achieving monthly sales and conversion goals.
• Keep lead, follow-up, and sales information updated and organized.
• Assist with preparing quotations, proposals, and other sales materials.
• Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to support client requirements.
• Participate in client discussions and meetings when required.
• Develop practical sales, communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable speaking with and engaging potential clients.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Proactive, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Target-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
