About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and reliable freelance editor to join our team on a contract basis. If you have a great ear for audio and a sharp eye for engaging video content, we want to hear from you! You will be working on a per-project basis, helping us produce high-quality podcasts and short-form video content.

This is a freelance contractor position (not a full-time staff role), and compensation will be paid per completed job.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Podcast Editing:Edit full-length podcast episodes, ensuring crisp audio quality, smooth transitions, and a professional final cut.
• Short-Form Video Editing:Create engaging short videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) from our existing content to help take the pressure off our internal media team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience editing podcasts and short-form video content (please provide a portfolio or links to your work).
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on deadline.
• A clear understanding of English conversations, spacing, audio levelling, and engaging visuals for social media.
• Someone looking for flexible, project-based work.

Compensation: Paid per podcast / per video (Rates to be discussed based on experience and scope of work).
