SALARY: LKR 40,000 + Commissions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer calls and provide professional assistance.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach when dealing with customers.
• Follow company procedures and instructions when handling customer interactions.
• Maintain good customer-service standards.
• Support the team in achieving assigned targets and objectives.
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to communicate in English, Tamil and Sinhala.
