The successful candidates will support talent acquisition activities and assist in connecting suitable candidates with available opportunities. Freshers are welcome to apply.

SALARY: LKR 40,000 + Commissions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support day-to-day talent acquisition activities.
• Assist with candidate sourcing and recruitment activities.
• Communicate with candidates regarding available opportunities.
• Support candidate coordination and follow-up activities.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates.
• Assist the recruitment team in achieving assigned targets and objectives.
• Support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.
• Maintain organized candidate information and records.
• Work effectively with the recruitment team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in English, Tamil and Sinhala.
• Interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work full-tme and on-site in Colombo.
• Positive and professional attitude.
