One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Maintenance HVAC Technicians to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC and air conditioning systems, troubleshooting equipment faults, repairing HVAC components and ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely and according to project specifications and quality standards.

SALARY: KWD 140

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Inspect air conditioning and ventilation systems to identify faults and performance issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and components.
• Service and maintain AHUs, FCUs, package units, split units and other HVAC equipment.
• Check compressors, motors, fans, belts, filters, coils and other HVAC components.
• Check refrigerant levels, system pressures and operating conditions.
• Carry out refrigerant charging, recovery and leak detection when required.
• Clean and replace air filters, coils and other HVAC components.
• Inspect electrical connections, control systems and HVAC wiring.
• Perform testing and operational checks after maintenance and repair works.
• Identify and rectify mechanical and electrical HVAC faults.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections and repair activities.
• Read and understand HVAC drawings, manuals and technical specifications.
• Maintain HVAC tools, testing instruments and equipment in good working condition.
• Coordinate with engineers, electricians, plumbers and other maintenance teams.
• Follow planned maintenance schedules and complete assigned work orders.
• Follow project specifications, quality standards and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite.
• Complete assigned HVAC maintenance tasks within the required timeframes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant technical qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is preferred.
• Relevant experience as a Maintenance HVAC Technician.
• Good knowledge of HVAC and air conditioning systems.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Experience with AHUs, FCUs, package units, split units and ventilation systems.
• Knowledge of compressors, motors, fans, belts, filters and coils.
• Good knowledge of refrigeration systems and refrigerant handling.
• Experience in HVAC troubleshooting and fault finding.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC electrical controls and wiring.
• Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and technical specifications.
• Good knowledge of HVAC maintenance tools and testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work under deadlines and in different site conditions.
