INTERN – SALES & RETAIL OPERATIONS

Key Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for setting up, operating, and closing mobile counters while maintaining proper merchandise displays and retail standards.

Manage stock preparation, receiving, counting, displaying, replenishment, returns, and inventory reconciliation, while reporting shortages, damages, or discrepancies.

Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, drive sales activities, and participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal retail initiatives.

Coordinate transportation, stock movements, staff arrangements, and other operational requirements for mobile counters and assigned retail locations.

Maintain accurate records of sales, stock movements, expenses, customer feedback, and outlet performance, and prepare daily and weekly reports for management.

Key Requirements:

Pursuing or completed a Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.

Fresh candidates and undergraduates with a strong interest in sales and retail operations are encouraged to apply.

Good communication, coordination, customer service, teamwork, and basic computer skills.

Willingness to travel and coordinate with remote shops and outlets when required.

High level of honesty, integrity, and responsibility when handling company stock and cash.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
