Job Description

1. Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
2. Ensure HRIS data integrity across employee records, attendance, shifts, and overtime.
3. Coordinate with Production and Finance to validate payroll inputs, resolve discrepancies, and support timely salary payments.
4. Deliver payroll and workforce reports to support cost monitoring and management decisions.
5. Supervise HR administration, address employee payroll inquiries, and strengthen process efficiency and data confidentiality.

Requirement

1. Male or female with a minimum Bachelor’s degree.
2. Minimum 5 years of payroll and HRIS experience; food manufacturing experience preferred.
3. Familiar with shift-based payroll, attendance, and overtime calculations.
4. Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred.
5. Honest, hardworking, detail-oriented, and committed to confidentiality.
6. Willing to work and reside in Cikarang.
