Pasar Kemis, Tangerang Regency, Banten, Indonesia- Develop and implement HR plans, strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with Group HR strategy and business strategy.
- Lead, direct, monitor, and control overall HR functions, including recruitment and selection, HR management systems, people development, industrial relations, employee engagement, personnel administration, and employee data management.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth HR operations. Monitor HR work plans, documents, and reports to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Lead and develop direct subordinates to strengthen their competencies and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, CBA, OHS, Energy, Quality, and Environment requirements, while maintaining a conducive and productive working environment.
