About the Role We're looking for a Sales Intern to support TSA's sales efforts, helping handle leads and inquiries, follow up with prospects, and learn the full sales cycle within a digital marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and an interest in sales and client relationships, looking to build hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Handling & Prospecting

• Respond to and follow up on inbound leads and inquiries (social media, WhatsApp, calls, email)
• Research and identify new prospects and business opportunities
• Support occasional B2B outreach to corporate prospects when required

Client Outreach & Relationship Support

• Assist with outreach to prospects via calls, email, and social platforms
• Help schedule and coordinate client meetings and calls
• Support maintaining relationships with existing clients

Proposals & Presentations

• Help prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to support proposal materials

Pipeline & Sales Reporting

• Maintain and update lead and client information in the CRM or tracking sheet
• Track daily sales activities, leads, and conversions
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports with key numbers and insights

Market & Competitor Research

• Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and industry trends
• Share findings to support sales strategy

Learning & Collaboration

• Learn TSA's service offerings (SMM, SEO, paid ads, web, etc.) well enough to explain them to prospects
• Sit in on sales meetings and calls to learn the sales process
• Work closely with marketing and creative teams on broader campaigns

Skills Needed

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management
• Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets for reporting; CRM exposure a plus
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is an advantage

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior sales experience or internship preferred, not required

This role reports to the Operations Manager, with day-to-day guidance from the business development function as it's defined going forward.
