Position Overview We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Video Editor / Animator to join our creative team. You'll edit video content and bring ideas to life through motion, supporting client campaigns, social media content, and branded storytelling across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, websites, and paid ads
• Create short-form animations and motion graphics for brands across social media platforms
• Develop motion concepts and visual storytelling that communicate brand messages clearly and effectively
• Apply core animation principles such as timing, spacing, easing, anticipation, and visual continuity to create engaging motion
• Utilize AI tools to support animation, motion graphics, and creative production workflows
• Add animated text, transitions, music, sound effects, and visual effects
• Support colour correction and audio syncing for a clean final product
• Prepare animation assets using Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ensure all work follows brand guidelines and platform specifications
• Manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to bring concepts to life
• Organize and maintain video files and project assets
• Stay updated on video and animation trends, tools, and platform best practices

Required Qualifications

• Moderate proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (or similar editing software)
• Familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Understanding of motion design and core animation principles, with a strong grasp of timing, spacing, easing, and visual continuity
• Basic understanding of AI-assisted creative tools and workflows
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt based on creative feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of social media video and animation formats and platform requirements
• Basic experience with motion graphics for branded or marketing content
• Experience shooting content (videography or content creation) is an added bonus
• Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or Blender
• Exposure to 3D tools or character animation is an added advantage
