ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Process Improvement Analyst to analyse, document and improve business processes across our multi-brand organization, including Fashion Retail, eCommerce, B2B, Finance, HR, Imports and Warehouse.

This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with teams to understand how work is done, identify problems and implement practical improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze & Map Business Processes.

• SOP & Process Documentation.

• Process Improvement & Automation.

• Implementation & Training.

• KPIs & Performance.

• Process Audits & Systems.

• Management Reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–4 years of experience in process improvement, operations, business process analysis or a related field.

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Operations, Business or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.

• Knowledge of process mapping and SOP development.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Interest in automation and AI tools.

• Lean / Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage.
