About The Role

Our client is a fast-moving software company building a product for managed service providers (MSPs), with AI woven through every part of it. They ship at a pace most teams only talk about, because AI sits at the centre of how they build, not just what they build.

They are hiring a Senior Full Stack Product Engineer who lives and breathes AI-native development. You will own major parts of the product end to end, working across a modern React/TypeScript frontend, a Supabase/Postgres backend, and deep integrations with the leading PSA platforms.

This is not a role for someone who wants to slow things back down to traditional development speed. It is for an engineer who uses Claude Code, Codex and agentic workflows to move faster, and who makes the whole team faster too.

Tech stack: React, TypeScript, TanStack, Supabase, Postgres, Edge Functions, Claude / LLM APIs, MCP, plus integrations with Autotask, ConnectWise, HaloPSA and Syncro.

What You'll Do

• Own major product areas end to end, from data model and API design through to polished React UI, with minimal hand-holding.
• Build and evolve AI-powered features using Claude and other LLMs, including prompt design, tool use, structured outputs and agentic workflows.
• Design and extend MCP servers and LLM integrations that connect the product to customer data and third-party systems.
• Build and maintain deep integrations with PSA platforms such as Autotask, ConnectWise, HaloPSA and Syncro, including sync logic, webhooks and API edge cases.
• Architect backend services on Supabase, Postgres and Edge Functions, with sound schema design, performance and security.
• Use Claude Code, Codex and agentic development workflows daily to ship high-quality code at speed.
• Raise the bar on how the team builds with AI: share workflows, improve tooling, and help others move faster.
• Work directly with product and leadership to shape features, make pragmatic trade-offs and ship continuously.

What You'll Bring

• Senior-level experience as a hands-on full stack engineer, with a track record of owning significant product areas.
• Strong React and TypeScript skills, including modern state and data-fetching patterns (TanStack Query/Router or similar).
• Solid backend and API architecture experience, with strong Postgres skills: schema design, query performance, migrations and row-level security.
• Real, daily experience with AI-native development: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar agentic coding tools are core to how you work.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered features in production: prompt engineering, tool/function calling, evaluation and handling model failure modes.
• Working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agentic architectures.
• Experience integrating with complex third-party REST APIs, including auth, rate limits, pagination, webhooks and data sync.
• High ownership and autonomy: you can take an ambiguous problem, make sound decisions and ship without waiting for detailed specs.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Nice To Have

• Hands-on experience with Supabase, including Edge Functions, Auth and Realtime.
• Prior work with PSA or RMM platforms (Autotask, ConnectWise, HaloPSA, Syncro) or the MSP industry in general.
• Experience building or deploying MCP servers, or contributing to AI developer tooling.
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation, observability and cost/latency optimisation.
• Startup or early-stage SaaS experience where you shipped fast with a small team.
• Side projects, open-source work or public writing that shows how you build with AI.
