Position: Manager – Workplace Services & Facility Management

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Group-wide compliance with policies, SOPs, and operational standards.

• Drive implementation and follow-up of Management-approved systems and initiatives.

• Oversee facility maintenance, utilities, infrastructure, and workplace standards.

• Manage security, janitorial, maintenance, and other service providers.

• Monitor facility costs, resource utilization, and opportunities for cost reduction.

• Ensure accurate dashboards, reports, documentation, and compliance records.

• Oversee space planning, waste management, and asset disposal processes.

• Conduct site observations, identify operational gaps, and ensure timely corrective actions.

• Work closely with Sector Heads and relevant stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Facilities Management, Quality/Compliance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management, compliance, audit, quality, governance, or multi-site operations.

• Experience in managing facilities, vendors, maintenance, utilities, and workplace services.

• Strong knowledge of SOPs, policies, compliance systems, documentation, and operational controls.

• Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and/or Power BI will be an advantage.

• ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 or related professional certification will be an added advantage.

• Willingness to travel across Group locations as required.
