What You'll Do

As an IT Operations Intern, you'll support the smooth running of IT operations across the business by:

• Maintaining IT asset records, including asset allocation, movement tracking, and ownership updates
• Coordinating laptop allocation, recovery, and new starter IT setup activities
• Assisting with IT procurement activities, vendor coordination, repairs, servicing, and warranty tracking
• Supporting the maintenance of ISO-related IT documentation and records
• Escalating technical issues to the IT team when required
• Assisting with general IT administration and operational activities

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
