The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our global team. This role provides an opportunity to support a broad range of HR and administrative functions while working closely with local and global teams. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience and contributing to a supportive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, documentation, and managing recruitment activities through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage and coordinate the global employee onboarding process, ensuring a consistent, smooth and positive experience for new joiners across different regions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and organisational records.
- Coordinate probation and performance review processes, ensuring timely completion of reviews, follow-ups and required documentation.
- Manage company hardware and assets, ensuring they are properly procured, maintained, recorded, and handed over when required.
- Manage and coordinate employee offboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation, clearances and system access requirements are completed on time
- Coordinate employee insurance administration, including enrolment, renewals and employee support.
- Coordinate global travel arrangements, including flight and accommodation bookings.
- Prepare HR letters and employee documents as required.
- Support the smooth running of the office by coordinating facilities, supplies, vendors, and workplace requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably within the IT & Software industry.
- Professional qualification in HRM from a recognized institute/university
- Excellent communication skills: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Good understanding of HR practices and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience in managing a HRIS / ATS is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Previous experience working in the Tech industry is required.
- Confident, self-driven, and enthusiastic about learning new things.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
