Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day accounting and taxation activities.

• Prepare and review financial accounting records and reports.

• Ensure timely and accurate tax calculation, reporting, and compliance.

• Handle monthly and annual tax reporting and related documentation.

• Review tax reconciliation and identify potential tax issues.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties, including tax consultants and auditors when required.

• Support tax audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.

• Monitor compliance with applicable accounting standards and Indonesian tax regulations.

• Assist in improving accounting and tax processes and internal controls.

• Supervise and provide guidance to accounting/tax team members.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting & Tax, preferably with supervisory experience.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation and accounting principles.

• Experience in FMCG, Food manufacturing, retail, or similar industries is highly preferred.

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced Excel skills are a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Honest, responsible, disciplined, and hardworking.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willing to work and be based around Bekasi/Cikarang.
