Position Overview We're a hospitality consultancy that helps restaurants, cafés, hotels, and F&B brands get their concept, brand, menu, space, and revenue right. We're hiring someone to bring in the next wave of clients, from new openings and rebrands to groups entering Sri Lanka, and to grow those relationships over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and pitch hospitality clients: new openings, rebrands, and groups entering Sri Lanka
• Sell across our five service areas: Positioning, Branding, Food, Design & Space, and Commercial & Revenue
• Build proposals from our rate card and proposal templates, and close on standard terms, with the advance received before work starts
• Be the main point of contact for clients: handle accounts and communication from pitch through delivery
• Run our marketing communications: deliver the marketing plan with the in-house creative and digital teams, against an agreed monthly scope
• Run partnerships, collaborations, and promotions that grow the brand, and coordinate our partners
• Scout the market for new concepts, investors, developers, and industry events
• Keep client relationships warm after delivery and convert one-off projects into long-term retainers
• Track leads, proposals, and revenue against monthly targets

Skills Needed

• Confident presenter and proposal writer
• Understanding of food, design, and guest experience, and how they drive revenue
• Organised and proactive: follows up without waiting, comfortable managing several clients at once
• AI-savvy and quick to pick up new tools
• Strong written and spoken English; Sinhala or Tamil a plus
• Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years in sales, business development, account management, or hospitality/F&B; hospitality or F&B experience strongly preferred
• Contacts among Sri Lankan restaurateurs, hoteliers, or F&B groups, and the drive to build many more
• Hospitality degree or background (e.g. SLITHM, hotel school) a plus
