Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Financial Advisors. The successful candidates will help individuals and families understand their financial protection needs and introduce suitable insurance solutions.

Both experienced candidates and school leavers without prior insurance experience are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided to help suitable candidates develop their sales and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business prospects.

• Understand customers' financial protection needs through discussions and consultations.

• Introduce suitable insurance and financial protection products based on customer requirements.

• Arrange customer appointments and conduct product presentations.

• Prepare and submit insurance proposals accurately.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert opportunities into business.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Generate referrals and develop a personal customer database.

• Participate in company campaigns, field activities, exhibitions, and awareness programs.

• Provide ongoing customer service and support.

• Maintain accurate sales records and comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualifications.

• Previous insurance or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

• School leavers and candidates without previous insurance experience are encouraged to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-focused approach.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Salary & Benefits

Experienced Financial Advisor

• **Basic Salary:** LKR 20,000 per month.

• **Commission:** Additional commission based on the applicable sales and performance scheme.

Non-Experienced Financial Advisor

• **Basic Salary:** LKR 7,500 per month.

• **Commission:** Additional commission based on the applicable sales and performance scheme.

• Training and guidance to develop insurance sales and customer service skills.
