We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst Intern to support data analysis, report preparation, dashboard development, and process automation using data analytics, AI tools, and modern technologies.

🎓 EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Data Analytics, IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 📂 Collect, clean, and analyze business data. • 📑 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. • 📈 Develop dashboards to monitor sales and business performance. • ⚙️ Automate repetitive reporting tasks and improve reporting processes. • ✅ Check data accuracy and maintain data quality. • 🔍 Identify trends and provide useful business insights. • 🔗 Support system integrations and reporting projects. • 🤖 Use AI tools to improve data analysis and automate workflows.

💻 REQUIRED SKILLS

📗 Microsoft Excel: Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, data cleaning, data validation, Power Query, and report automation.

📄 Google Sheets: Formulas, data management, and reporting.

⚙️ Google Apps Script: Basic scripting and report automation.

📊 Data Visualization: Knowledge of Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar dashboard tools.

🤖 AI Tools: Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools for data analysis, formula creation, and problem-solving.

🔄 Process Automation: Interest in AI-powered automation, workflow automation, and application or system integrations.

🐍 Python: Basic programming knowledge; familiarity with Pandas is an advantage.

🧠 Analytical Skills: Logical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
