You will drive the AI adoption, digital transformation and business process automation across the organization by working directly with departmental heads to identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows and implement practical AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with each Head of Department to understand existing workflows, operational challenges and business requirements.
• Map and document current business processes and identify repetitive, manual and time-consuming tasks.
• Identify opportunities to implement AI tools, workflow automation, low-code/no-code solutions and system integrations.
• Design, test and implement automation solutions to improve productivity, accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Develop practical use cases for AI in HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Inventory, Project Management and Service Operations.
• Evaluate AI platforms and automation tools based on business needs, cost, security and usability.
• Support the integration of AI tools with existing systems, including ERP and CRM platforms, where technically feasible.
• Develop standard operating procedures and automated workflows to reduce unnecessary manual intervention.
• Train employees and departmental teams on the effective and responsible use of AI tools.
• Establish guidelines for data confidentiality, access control, human review and responsible AI usage.
• Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and measure improvements in productivity, time savings, accuracy and cost efficiency.
• Maintain a pipeline of transformation initiatives and provide regular progress reports to Management.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in process automation, digital transformation, business analysis, AI implementation or workflow optimization.
• Practical experience using AI productivity tools and automation platforms.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, scripting or low-code/no-code platforms would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and process-mapping skills.
• Practical understanding of generative AI, workflow automation and AI-assisted business applications.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and project coordination skills.
• Strong change-management and employee-training capabilities.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to demonstrate measurable business value.
