Job Description – Bridal Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and well-presented Bridal Consultant to help brides select their bridal outfits, jewelry, and accessories while providing an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist brides visiting the studio.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Help select ball gowns, lehengas, jewelry, and accessories.
• Assist with dress trials and fittings.
• Answer customer questions and provide product information.
• Follow up on appointments and bookings.
• Maintain the showroom and bridal items neatly.
• Support sales and customer service activities.

Requirements

• G.C.E. O/L qualification required; A/L qualification is an advantage.
• Certificate or diploma in Fashion, Fashion Design, Styling, or a related field is an advantage.
• Female candidate with good communication skills.
• Friendly, confident, and well-presented personality.
• Interest in bridal fashion and styling.
• Good customer service skills and patience.
• Previous experience in fashion retail, bridal wear, jewelry, or customer service is an advantage.
