🚀 WE’RE HIRING | TECHNICAL LEAD – AI/ML & FULL-STACK

Are you an experienced technology professional passionate about Generative AI, Machine Learning, and full-stack development? We’re looking for a skilled **Technical Lead – AI/ML & Full-Stack** to lead the development of scalable, AI-powered applications and enterprise platforms.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI-powered automation modules, search engines, and data retrieval systems.

  • Build and deploy LLM-driven applications using RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, and other AI frameworks.

  • Design scalable microservices, event-driven architectures, and high-performance backend systems.

  • Develop AI-integrated dashboards and frontend applications.

  • Deploy and monitor AI models using cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices.

  • Lead and mentor developers and AI engineers while maintaining high engineering standards.

🔹 Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

  • **7+ years of experience** in AI/ML and full-stack development.

  • Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and agentic AI frameworks.

  • Proficiency in LangChain, Haystack, LangGraph, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Node.js, and TypeScript.

  • Experience with React.js, Angular, and Spring Boot.

  • Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Neo4j.

  • Strong knowledge of RAG-based search, semantic search, and AI-powered data retrieval.

  • Experience in microservices, REST APIs, and real-time API development.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps.

  • Hands-on experience with Speech-to-Text technologies such as Whisper or Google Text-to-Speech.

  • Experience in AI-powered chatbot and IVR automation.

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, or OpenTelemetry.

  • Experience optimizing real-time AI solutions using WebSockets and analytics-driven AI interactions.
