Responsibilities:

• Build, enhance, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift, following modern iOS development best practices.
• Implement end-to-end onboarding and account-opening journeys, integrating seamlessly with Spring Boot backend APIs.
• Take ownership of mobile application security, including secure data storage using Keychain, certificate pinning, Face ID and Touch ID authentication, and jailbreak detection.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and implement robust error handling, offline support, and reliable application states.
• Develop and maintain unit and UI automated tests alongside feature development to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
• Take ownership of crash-free rates, application performance, and App Store ratings for the features delivered.
• Maintain deliberate and consistent feature parity with the Android application, ensuring a consistent user experience across both platforms.
• Apply modern iOS architecture patterns and development practices to build scalable, maintainable, and testable applications.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and Android developers to deliver high-quality features aligned with business and user requirements.
• Contribute to application releases, deployment readiness, and continuous improvements to application stability and performance.

Requirments:

• At least 4 years of experience in native iOS application development, with applications published and live on the Apple App Store.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and hands-on experience with modern iOS development frameworks and tools.
• Experience with SwiftUI or UIKit, supported by a clear understanding of modern application architecture and design principles.
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs and implementing offline capabilities, robust error handling, and resilient application flows.
• Solid understanding of mobile application security fundamentals, particularly for financial and banking applications.
• Practical experience with automated testing frameworks, including XCTest and XCUITest.
• Strong understanding of application performance optimization, stability, maintainability, and production-quality development practices.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and take ownership of features from implementation through testing and release.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering secure, reliable, and user-friendly applications.

Nice to have:

• Experience developing mobile applications in banking, payments, fintech, or other regulated industries.
• Experience implementing biometric authentication, device-binding flows, electronic Know Your Customer (e-KYC), or document-capture functionality.
• Familiarity with Apple App Store review processes, TestFlight distribution, and release management.
• Experience monitoring production application performance, investigating crashes, and improving application stability.
