Eastern Charisma Foreign Employment (Pvt) Ltd. is recruiting experienced Head Baristas for a prestigious fast-food restaurant chain in Qatar.

We are looking for skilled and experienced Head Baristas to lead beverage preparation operations, maintain coffee quality standards, supervise barista staff, and ensure excellent customer service.

SALARY: Negotiable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the beverage and coffee station.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages.
• Lead, train, and guide barista staff to maintain consistent beverage quality.
• Ensure coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment are operated correctly.
• Maintain consistency in beverage taste, presentation, and preparation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the replenishment of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Ensure the coffee station and service areas remain clean, organized, and hygienic.
• Implement food safety, sanitation, and workplace hygiene procedures.
• Handle customer requests and resolve beverage-related complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with restaurant management and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling and workflow coordination when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Head Barista, Senior Barista, or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso extraction, and beverage presentation.
• Experience operating and maintaining professional coffee machines and grinders.
• Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• Ability to train and supervise barista staff.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and good time management.
• Willingness to work in Qatar and complete the required duty hours.
