SENIOR EXECUTIVE – BUDGETING & MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in line with business objectives.

Conduct budget vs. actual analysis, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to management.

Prepare management reports and financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making.

Monitor costs, spending, and financial performance across departments, branches, and business units.

Support audit activities, financial controls, and process improvements while ensuring accurate and timely financial information.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Accounting, or a related discipline.

CIMA / ACCA / CA Sri Lanka qualification at Corporate/Managerial level, part-qualified, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

Minimum 3 years of audit training or audit experience, preferably with a recognised audit firm.

3–5 years of overall experience in finance, budgeting, management accounting, audit, or financial analysis.

Experience in budgeting, variance analysis, management reporting, or cost control is an added advantage.

Experience working in a multi-branch or group environment will be an added advantage.
