Planlogic specialises in providing financial planning solutions that help streamline the advice process for financial advisers in Australia. With over 15 years of experience, more than 40,000 advice documents delivered, and operations across Australia, Sri Lanka, India, and the Philippines, Planlogic supports advisers through paraplanning, review support, implementation, and strategy consulting services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Client Services Officer to join our expanding team in Cebu City, Philippines and work alongside Australian financial advisers, managing the administration that supports their client relationships across the full financial planning lifecycle, within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do?

• Prepare Client Service Agreements (CSAs) and Adviser Service Fee (ASF) forms.
• Update fact finds and coordinate client reviews.
• Process implementation from client discovery through to ongoing reviews.
• Maintain accurate client records and workflows within XPLAN.
• Follow the processes and procedures of individual advice practices.
• Collaborate with financial advisers, practice staff, and our paraplanning team so advisers can focus on providing exceptional service and advice to their clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2+ years of experience in a financial services support role, such as Financial Planning Assistant, Client Services Officer, or Financial Services Administrator
• Familiarity with CSAs, fee consent requirements, and the annual review process
• Experience working with financial planning CRM systems such as Xplan, AdviserLogic, or Midwinter
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Commerce, or a related field preferred
