Are you an experienced HR professional with strong leadership, people management, and strategic HR skills? We’re looking for a proactive HR Manager to lead HR operations and support the organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• • Manage performance appraisals, employee engagement, and staff development.
• • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• • Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• • Support workforce planning and management decision-making.
• • Lead and guide the HR team to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• • Proven experience in HR management or a similar leadership role.
• • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and employee relations.
• • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
