The Role

We are looking for a Creative Designer who can bring ideas to life through strong visual storytelling and thoughtful design. Someone who understands that good design is not just about making things look great, but also about communicating the right message to the right audience.

You will work on a variety of creative projects, from social media content and digital campaigns to esports events, brand identities, and marketing materials. This role suits someone who is creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two projects are quite the same.

What You'll Do

• Design engaging visuals for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Develop creative assets for esports tournaments, gaming events, and brand campaigns.
• Translate creative briefs and concepts into visually compelling designs.
• Work with existing brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas and creative approaches.
• Collaborate with creative strategists, marketing teams, video editors, and other designers.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.
• Adapt designs across different platforms, formats, and audiences.
• Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, gaming culture, and emerging creative tools.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, creative design, or a similar role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and brand consistency.
• Experience creating designs for digital platforms and social media.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and turn ideas into effective visual content.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for gaming, esports, entertainment, or digital marketing brands.
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
• Experience with Figma or other collaborative design platforms.
• Familiarity with video production, content creation, or digital advertising.
• Experience developing campaign key visuals and adapting them across multiple platforms.
