Key Responsibilities :

1. Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
2. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support management decision-making.
3. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
4. Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support business performance improvements.
5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports for relevant departments.
6. Work closely with different departments to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
7. Maintain databases and ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
8. Automate recurring reports and improve existing data analysis and reporting processes.
9. Identify discrepancies and investigate data-related issues to ensure reliable reporting.
10. Present analytical findings and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Statistics, IT, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis functions.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization and database tools will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
