Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery with new clients to understand their business processes and map them against platform capabilities, identifying fit, gaps, and the right configuration approach.
• Drive client onboarding end to end, covering requirements, configuration, data migration, UAT, and training through to go live.
• Act as the primary functional contact for assigned clients, managing expectations, change requests, and ongoing adoption.
• Support the sales team with prospect discovery, solution demonstrations, and scoping for proposals.
• Translate client needs and feedback into user stories and acceptance criteria, distinguishing reusable product capabilities from client specific customization.
• Work with product, engineering, and QA teams to prioritize the backlog, clarify requirements, and validate releases.
• Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to templates and playbooks that make onboarding faster and more repeatable.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications in business analysis are a plus.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting, including system implementations on a SaaS or enterprise business application.
• Business Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of core business operations such as finance, sales, procurement, inventory, and HR.
• Analytical & Problem Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills, with experience in process mapping, fit gap analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Critical Thinking & Adaptability: Strong critical thinking and sound judgment, with the ability to work smart and deliver efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead client workshops and manage stakeholders.
• Client Focus: Ability to manage multiple clients at once while thinking beyond a single client to shape scalable product features.
