We are building an agentic AI platform that executes workflows across the business systems organisations rely on, such as ERPs, CRMs & HRIS with a focus on multiple business domains

The role

You will design and build the integrations that connect our platform to customers' ERP, HR, payroll and CRM systems, and use them to build agentic workflows for customers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain connectors to business systems using direct APIs and MCP
• Implement secure authentication, accurate data mapping and dependable handling of errors and outages
• Build agentic workflows on top of these integrations, so business processes run end to end
• Ensure integrations respect customer data isolation and access controls
• Work with customers and partners to understand system configurations and adapt integrations to their requirements
• Maintain integration tests, track vendor API changes, and document setup, dependencies and support procedures

Technical requirements

• 3 to 5 years building integrations or backend services
• Strong Python, including asynchronous programming
• Strong experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Hands-on integration experience with at least one ERP, HR, payroll or CRM system, such as Business Central, SAP, NetSuite, Odoo or a comparable platform
• Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), including connecting AI agents to systems through MCP servers
• Integration security using OAuth 2.0, API keys and Entra ID app registrations
• Production integration experience covering rate limits, pagination, timeouts, retries, idempotency and duplicate-request protection
• Data mapping and validation between systems using Pydantic, JSON Schema or comparable approaches
• Azure Functions, SQL and relational data modelling
• Automated testing with pytest, Git and CI/CD

Nice to have

• OData experience, particularly for Microsoft business systems; SOAP experience for legacy integrations
• Basic accounting knowledge, including journals, postings, reversals, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Microsoft Graph and Teams integrations
• Azure OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence and Azure Storage
• React and TypeScript
