Zegates is a software product engineering company building SaaS platforms, mobile apps, AI solutions and cloud infrastructure for clients in the US and Europe. We are looking for a Project Manager to lead delivery on our European projects.

What you'll do

• Plan and manage software projects from kickoff through to delivery
• Act as the main point of contact for European clients and stakeholders
• Run client calls, sprint ceremonies and regular status updates
• Translate client requirements into clear tasks for the engineering and QA teams
• Track scope, timelines, risks and dependencies in Jira
• Analyse delivery data to identify issues early and recommend improvements
• Keep project documentation accurate and up to date

What we're looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in software or IT services
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong project management, organisational and analytical skills
• Confidence in working directly with international clients
• Working knowledge of Agile practices and tools such as Jira
• Availability during European business hours
• Experience with European clients is an advantage
