Key Responsibilities

Handle purchasing requirements for IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, printers, networking devices, and accessories.

Obtain supplier quotations and prepare quotation comparison sheets.

Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely procurement.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal IT teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

Maintain procurement records, invoices, supplier databases, warranty details, and IT asset information.

Assist with supplier coordination, purchasing documentation, and general procurement activities.

Support the procurement process to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely availability of IT equipment.

Key Requirements

Diploma or ongoing/completed studies in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Fresh graduates and undergraduates are encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in procurement or purchasing will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, IT equipment, and accessories.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
