Job Description
Join our team as an Operations Intern and be a vital part of our mission! In this role, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our operations, ensuring seamless processes, and enhancing the learning experience for our students. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions will be essential in responding to inquiries, approving transactions, and maintaining smooth operations. You will also liaise with our tutors to address any anomalies.
Responsibilities
- Approve student purchases and resolve support ticket issues promptly.
- Demonstrate sound judgment in various scenarios and execute tasks in accordance with provided guidelines.
- Respond to inquiries from new students by managing support tickets.
- Approve tokens based on provided lists while maintaining accuracy.
- Verify and approve legitimate bank transfers only.
- Tackle and resolve any operational challenges that students encounter.
- Communicate with tutors' assistants to address anomalies effectively.
