KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage the function of Warehouse department with continuous support and co-operation to other areas of the plant in cGMP norms implementation with regulatory and statutory compliance.

Maintain the inventory accuracy and CYC process and Monitor the record.

Ensure that all receipts, issue & dispatches are entered the ERP operating system.

Develops new and revises current SOPs as necessary to ensure to cGMP compliance associated with warehouse operation.

Ensure the availability of the materials and checking the required materials to meet production plan. Calculate and set up the stock levels.

Providing training to warehouse personnel on all related SOPs, cGMP concerns with records.

Handling of Waste management system

Ensure to achieve the given KPI and Objectives.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Industry

Diploma in warehouse management or similar professional qualification.

ERP exposure will be added advantage

Ability to work and communicate with others in a professional and effective manner, within a team- oriented environment.

Knowledge on GMP and cGMP standard requirements.

Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
