Team Leadership and Management: Mentoring the sales team and ensuring consistent performance aligned with our benchmarks.
Client Relationship Management: Fostering relationships globally, especially with entities aligned with Quantity Surveying.
Internal Team Collaboration: Collaborating seamlessly with our other departments, particularly marketing, to ensure a holistic approach to sales and service.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Employing data-driven strategies and keeping the management updated with performance metrics.
Global Market Insights: Being agile and adapting to global market shifts, with a primary focus on opportunities in the Middle Eastern region.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree, with a preference for those with a background in Quantity Surveying or Construction.
Proven experience in sales with demonstrated leadership skills.
Comprehensive understanding of the Quantity Surveying sector, including knowledge of RICS and TVEC processes.
Stellar analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
Proficiency in English and Tamil languages.
