To manage and supervise all duties on sales and the distribution process. The individual must be able to coordinate with all parties involved and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations in terms of achieving company goals. A hands-on approach to managing and improving the existing sales operations will be a key functionality.

We are looking at a person with experience in managing day to day operations with utmost attention to detail. The ability to deal with different stakeholders from all walks of life is important. Due to the nature of travelling extensively within the Western Province, we prefer if the candidate has his/her own bike/scooter and a valid riding license. The person should be able to work with minimum supervision.

Knowledge to clearly communicate in Sinhala and English (and Tamil) is a must. Should be able to use email and WhatsApp as modes of professional communication and do basic work on MS Excel and MS Word.
