Job Role:

We are seeking for an Intern - Technical Recruitments to join our HR Team; to support build a strong tech talent pipeline. He/She will be required to assist in hiring skilled employees for our IT positions. The ideal candidate would also be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.

Role and Responsibilities :

•Coordinating with team leads on hiring needs.

•Sourcing and short-listing candidates based on job descriptions.

•Performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.

•Scheduling physical and virtual interviews.

•Crafting and sending recruitment related emails to passive candidates.

•Reducing the recruitment cycle time and ensuring suitable professionals are attracted.

•Onboarding new hires.

•Maintaining the resume data base.

•Assisting in recruitment related documents.

•Promoting the company’s reputation as a great place to work.

Required Competencies :

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.

•Ability to work independently.

Required Qualifications:

•Following a degree/relevant qualification in Human Resources Management or IT.

•Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles would be an added advantage.
