Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administration: Perform day-to-day administration tasks, including user management, security settings, profiles, roles, workflows, process builder, and data management.
- Sales Process Management: Collaborate with the sales team to understand and optimize the sales process within Salesforce. Configure and customize Salesforce to support the sales team's needs, including lead management, opportunity management, quote generation, and pipeline reporting.
- Service Process Management: Work closely with the service team to enhance the service processes within Salesforce. Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to streamline case management, automate service processes, and improve customer support.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Design and configure Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights into sales performance, service metrics, and forecasting accuracy. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting.
- User Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to Salesforce users. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to users on Salesforce best practices, features, and functionality.
- System Integration: Collaborate with the IT team and external vendors to integrate Salesforce with other business systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and customer support systems, to ensure data consistency and streamline business processes.
- Stay Updated on Salesforce Enhancements: Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Evaluate new Salesforce functionalities and recommend their adoption to improve system performance and user experience.
- CPQ Implementation and Management: Implement and maintain Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functionality to enable accurate quoting and pricing for complex product configurations. Collaborate with sales, pricing, and product teams to ensure CPQ is aligned with business requirements.
Key Requirements
- A Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is required
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
- 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator,
- including experience with sales processes, and service processes
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, data management, and security.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is highly desired.
- Proven experience in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or other Salesforce certifications and experience in CPQ implementation are a plus.
