(Position available in: North Central , Colombo – Lady Manager preferred, Southern)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Agree sales targets and sales plan with Senior Sales Manager and achieve assigned business target.

2. Responsible for building strong relationship with bank branch staff.

3. Accountable for generating Management Information(MI) reports requested by sales management.

4. Identifying training gaps and conducting necessary training for Financial Planning Executives & bank branch staff.

5. Involve in generating sales calls with Executive (Developing sales skills).

6. Responsible for maintain strong relationship with partner bank staff

Candidates are required to have :

1. 4-year experience in sales and handling a team ( financial products)

2. Leadership skills and ability to drive sales teams

3. Full/Part qualification of a relevant professional field SLIM/CIM/CIMA)

4. Market orientation and selling skills

5. Good oral and written communication skills where English is essential.
