Roles and Responsibilities:

• Agree on sales targets and sales plan with Head of Sales and achieve the assigned target.

• Responsible for building strong relationship with bank staff.

• Coordinate / attend monthly sales meetings, review meeting etc. to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.

• Attend trainings and envelop relevant knowledge and skills with self-monitoring attendance details

Key Requirements and Skills:

• MDRT title winners or min 3-4 years of sales or insurance experience. (Candidates who have with good sales experience can be considered)

• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Enthusiastic and a fair for selling and marketing

Fully or part qualified in relevant professional field.( SLIM /CIM / CIMA)
