Responsibilities
- Develop product strategy that aligns with company objectives and market needs.
- Create the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with other functions and divisions to bring products to market.
- Regular market research to gain insights from customers, and understand their needs.
- Monitor key product metrics, analyze user feedback, and drive improvements based on data insights.
- Product feature definition & packaging creation.
- Collaborate with other marketing and sales function to develop a market strategy, positioning, and product messaging.
- Monitor and analyzing all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to product launching.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Min. 8 years of product management experience.
- Understand end to end product launching workflow
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience and familiar with project management tools such as JIRA, Airtable, Confluence, Trello.
- Having exposed and certified as Six Sigma Green Belt with be a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and think outside the box.
- Excellent leader in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
