LOCATIONS: Mymensingh, Jessore, Khulna, Bogura, Rajshahi, Dinajpur, Pabna, and Naogaon.

We are actively searching for dynamic and motivated students from Agricultural or related Institutions who aspire to make a meaningful impact in the agricultural sector and acquire valuable experience. The core responsibility of this position is to facilitate and manage local vendor agreements, while contributing to the expansion of a robust agro business network in specific regions. As a Supply Chain, your role will also involve engaging with local farmers, providing guidance and support, and encouraging their participation in the Fashol Micro-Entrepreneur program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage and collaborate with rural farmers in the designated regions.
• Serve as a supportive mentor to registered farmers, guiding them in improving their agricultural practices.
• Educate farmers on modern farming techniques and agro methodologies to improve their crop yields.
• Promote the brand within your designated areas.
• Encourage and recruit farmers to participate as Fashol Micro-Entrepreneurs on the platform.
• Establish connections with local vendors and facilitate their onboarding process.
• Provide weekly reports on your activities and outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently enrolled or recent graduates from any agricultural or related institutions.
• Candidates from the mentioned regions are preferred.
• Passion for agriculture and a strong understanding of local farming practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a personal computer.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in local languages and dialects is preferred.
