Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scheduling
· Develop detailed project plans, including task breakdowns, timelines, and resource allocation.
· Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
Resource Allocation:
· Coordinate with various departments (e.g., artists, animators, technicians) to allocate resources according to project requirements.
· Ensure that resources are utilized efficiently and effectively.
Client Communication:
· Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing queries, and managing client expectations.
· Foster strong client relationships by ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
Team Collaboration:
· Facilitate effective communication between different team members.
· Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Budget Management:
· Assist in budget tracking and control to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the media or film industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) will be added advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of animation production pipelines will be added advantage
