Your Role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support, providing timely and effective solutions to hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of IT assets, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Manage the network infrastructure, including internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and internal network hardware to ensure reliable and secure performance.
- Implement and manage IT security protocols, including user access control, threat protection, and data backup procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Administer key business systems, with a focus on managing Google Workspace and JIRA to support team collaboration and project management.
- Proactively diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across software, networking, and hardware platforms to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, creating clear tutorials and process guides to empower our team and streamline support.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the IT function, researching and implementing best practices to enhance our technological capabilities.
Your Profile:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a similar IT support role.
- Strong proficiency in managing both Windows (10/11) and macOS environments.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and JIRA administration.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WLAN, TCP/IP) and IT security best practices.
- Excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
