Responsibilities

• Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs..

• Maintain good relationship with the customers.

• Handle the customer complaints or objections.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

• Follow and achieve department's sales goals & target on a daily and monthly basis.

• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.

Requirements

• Age above 20 and below 30 years

• Possessing 01 year of experience at the minimum of the similar position

• Applicant must fluent in English and Sinhala

• Excellent communication skills.

• Possessing good interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
