We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics and UI Designer to join our team at Incylabs. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our web platforms, as well as creating engaging graphics for our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Web and UI Design:Design and implement visually appealing user interfaces for our web platforms. Ensure that all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices. Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate translation of designs into functional websites.

2. Social Media Graphics:Create compelling graphics and visual content for our social media channels. Develop consistent branding across all digital platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media design strategies with overall marketing goals.

3. Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with other team members to ensure design consistency and coherence. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to team members and stakeholders. Receive and incorporate feedback to refine designs.

4. Research and Development:Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies. Conduct user research to inform design decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design and UI design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and past projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Experience in creating responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Desirable:

• Experience with Webflow is a major plus.
