Responsibilities:

1. Technology Leadership:Provide strategic vision and leadership in the development and execution of the company's technology initiatives. Collaborate with other executives to align technology solutions with overall business goals.
2. Team Management:Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of IT Engineers, Quality Assurance professionals, Data Managers, Technical Writers, and Infrastructure & Support specialists. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
3. Digital Product Management:Oversee the development and enhancement of digital products, ensuring they meet user requirements and industry standards. Work closely with the User Information team to optimize user experience and satisfaction.
4. Data Management:Develop and implement data management strategies, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. Leverage data analytics to derive insights that drive business decisions.
5. Infrastructure & Support:Ensure the stability and scalability of the company's IT infrastructure. Lead the IT support function, ensuring timely resolution of issues and proactive maintenance.
6. Quality Assurance:Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Collaborate with development teams to implement and improve testing methodologies.
7. Technical Documentation:Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation. Work closely with the Technical Writing team to ensure clarity and accuracy in all technical communications.

Requirements:

• Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:Minimum of 10 years experience in a senior leadership role within the logistics or technology industry. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing diverse IT teams.
• Technical Skills:Deep understanding of logistics technology, including knowledge of industry-specific software and systems. Familiarity with the latest trends and advancements in IT, data management, and digital products.
