We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Managers to lead our clients sales team. (FMCG / Consumer Durables)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members for skill development.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed business decisions.
