We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our clients team as a Personal Secretary / Confidential Secretary.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive team by providing administrative and secretarial assistance, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and organize meetings, including agenda creation, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional time management skills.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal or confidential secretary.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
